James “Steve” S. Andre, 76 years old, passed away at Buckeye Forrest/Rosemount Pavillion in Rosemount, OH on Saturday, March 15, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James J. and Panz “Pansy” (Nee Phipps) Andre.

There will be no services at this time, FC Daehler Mortuary will be caring for the family. Interment in Scioto Burial Park.
