Peggy Ruth Lester

Peggy Ruth Lester, 92, of Piketon, Ohio passed away Sunday, February 16, 2025 at the Pavilion at Piketon.  She was born April 25, 1932 in Missouri Branch, West Virginia to the late Cecil Wooten and Susan Damron Jones. Surviving are a son, David Lester of Waverly; a daughter, Susan A. (Tom) Slagle of Findley, Ohio; five grandchildren, Jordan, Justin, Jeremy, Aaron and Hailey Lester; eight great-grandchildren; and a brother, William Wooten of Waverly.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Charles Edward Lester; a daughter, Debbie Lester; and a brother, Elmer Albert Wooten.

Arrangements are in care of Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly.
