Billy Fair

Billy Fair, Lucasville resident formerly of Kentucky, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2024, at the age of 77.

He was preceded in death by his parents: John and Ruthie (Nee Smith) Fair, wife Joyce Fair, and one half sister, Doris Ann Ratliff.

He is survived by his two children, Jennifer Bowman of Hillsboro, OH and Joseph Fair of New Orleans, one half brother, Nigel Goodge of Marengo, OH and very good friends, the Conley’s of Hueysville, KY.

Born on May 16, 1947, in Hindman, Kentucky, Billy dedicated his life to teaching and inspiring others, leaving a lasting impact on countless students throughout his career.

He will be deeply missed by those who knew him and his legacy will live on through the lives he touched.
