Arimi J. Adams Thompson

Arimi J. Adams Thompson, 73, of South Shore, KY., passed away Friday, July 14, 2023 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born in Harts Creek W. VA., October 4, 1949 a daughter of the late Enoch and Elizabeth Carter Adams.

She was of the Christian Faith and retired from the V.A. Hospital where she worked as a registered nurse.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by two brothers, Enoch Gorman Adams and Eddie Adams; four sisters, Racine Spence, Diane Poston, Pasty Santana and Elizabeth Adams.

Left behind to cherish her memory are two sons, Robert (Teresa) Alavezos of South Shore, KY., and Gregoery Scott (Amy) Alavezos of Huntington, W. VA; two sisters, Pansy Brown of South Shore, KY., and Linda McCloud of Huddleston, VA; four brothers, Orvile Adams of Cleveland, OH., Nicky Adams of South Carolina, Lynol Adams of South Shore, KY., and Hector Santana of Georgia; five grandchildren, P.J. Betza, Brian Rawlins, Steven Alavezos, Finn Alavezos and Spencer Alavezos; five great-grandchildren Alexus Alavezos, Danni Betza, Alexus Allen, Christian Russ and Madison Rawlins. Along with many other nieces, nephews, family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY. Inurnment will be at a later date in Adams family Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday at the funeral home from 11 A.M. until the funeral hour.
