Juanita June Conley

Juanita June Conley, 92 of Portsmouth, died Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at SOMC Hospice. She was born February 10, 1931 in Portsmouth, to the late Leroy and Cora Hatten Davis.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Grover Cleveland Conley Jr., whom she married on December 13, 1969, a stepdaughter, Linda Sue Conley, a brother, Dale Davis and a sister Peggy Davis.

Juanita Retired from General Telephone Company with 40 years of service. She was a 1949 graduate of Jackson High School and later Portsmouth Business College.

She is survived by a stepson Ronald Conley and his son, a stepdaughter, Karen Kaut and her children and step grandson Matthew Conley, nephew Robert Davis, along with special nieces: Judy Reeder and Pat Ciraso.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Monday April 3, 2023 at Scioto Burial Park in McDermott with Ralph Clay officiating. Family and friends will gather at the cemetery starting at 12:00 PM Noon. The family requests in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to St Jude. A Memorial Service will be held for Juanita at Hillview Retirement Center at a later date
