Billy “Bo” Wayne Frazee, 60 years old, Portsmouth resident, peacefully passed away on March 2, 2023. Bill was a United States Marine Veteran who served 1981 thru 1989 as an Air Traffic Controller. He retired from the military and became a Building Management Supervisor, afterwards, Manager of Hard Knocks Training Center in Portsmouth, a Boxing Coach, and an Amateur Motivational Speaker.
Bill enjoyed spending time with his family, his dogs, Kaiowa and Cheyenne, and flea marketing. He was an avid sports fan, especially Ohio State Buckeyes and Notre Dame University.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Shelby and Bonnie Frazee, one brother, Michael Hall, and one step son, Benny McGlone.
He is survived by three brothers: Donald (Kelley) Morgan of Chillicothe, Phillip (Megan) Bender of Minford, Shelby Frazee of Portsmouth, one sister, Lynn (Rick) Adkins, New Boston, his previous wife, Pamela Frazee of Columbus, many nieces, nephews, dozens of cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 8, 2023, 4:00-5:00 PM.
Celebration of Life immediately following the visitation, at 5:00 PM, with Military Honors from American Legion Post #23, all at FC Daehler Mortuary, 915 Ninth Street, Portsmouth, OH.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his honor to Sierra’s Haven.
