Michael R. Ehrhart II

Michael R. Ehrhart II, 51, of South Webster, passed away Friday February 24, 2023 at SOMC Hospice Center. He was born May 28, 1971 in Portsmouth.
He was a retired military heavy equipment operator having served with the U. S. Air Force and the U. S. Army. Mike had over 100 combat missions.
Mike was a 1990 graduate of South Webster High School, enjoyed video games, collecting guns and military history.
Mike is survived by his father and stepmother, Michael and Sharon Ehrhart of South Webster; his wife Lora Ehrhart and son Jaret Ehrhart, “His Pride and Joy”, both of South Webster; a sister, Angela Tristan and husband Al of Dalzell, SC, two step-daughters, Becca Kittles and Robert Ware of Beaver, Rachel Caldwell and husband Christian of South Webster; two step-sisters, Andrea Casey and husband Jason of Coal Grove and Blair Knight of South Point; one grandchild, Lukas Caldwell, and Melody King of South Webster. Also several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret (Henderson) Ehrhart.
Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday February 28, 2023 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with Pastor Merit Smith officiating. Interment will follow at South Webster Cemetery with Military Graveside Honors provided by James Dickey Post 23, American Legion. Visitation will be 5 to 7 PM Monday and 12 Noon to 1 PM prior to the services on Tuesday.
