Nancy E. Bauer
Nancy E. Bauer, 84, of Lucasville, passed away Friday, February 18, 2022, at Rest Haven Nursing Home in McDermott.
She was born June 20, 1937, in Lucasville, a daughter of the late Howard and Wilma Shuler Zaler.
Nancy was a homemaker, a 1955 Valley High School graduate where she was class Valedictorian and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University. She was of the Baptist Faith.
She was also preceded in death by husband, Lawrence Bauer on October 22, 2008.
Nancy is survived by her daughter, Susan (Emery) Smith of Lucasville; one niece, Trina (Throckmorton) Johnson; one nephew, Jason Throckmorton; and many loving cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville with Rick Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Lucasville Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday 11:30 a.m. till the funeral hour.
