-Larry Gene Jordan

-Larry Gene Jordan, 71, of Sciotoville passed away Monday, November 1, 2021 at his home. Larry was born September 2, 1950 in Portsmouth to the late Claude Jordan and Melvina Allen Jordan. Larry had a BA in History and was retired as a Union Electrician with IBEW 575. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold “Sony” Jordan and Leonard Jordan and two sisters, Ruth Jenkins and Barbara Bentley. Larry is survived by a son, Chase Jordan, of Franklin Furnace and a daughter, Sarah Vinson of Florida; a sister, Jane Branham of Wheelersburg and five grandchildren.

Services for Larry will be 5:00 pm Monday, November 8, 2021 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm on Monday. Condolences to the family may be made at www.harrison-pyles.com.
