Stephen D. Baldwin, 64 years of age, resident of Ironton, passed away at SOMC on March 12, 2025. He was born August 23, 1961 to William Robert and Evelyn (Nee Mollett) Baldwin in Portsmouth, Ohio.

 

Stephen attended Green High School and a former employee of Dow Chemical. He attended Living Word Church in Portsmouth, Ohio.

 

He is preceded in death by his parents William Robert and Evelyn (Nee Mollett) Baldwin, one brother, Millard Jay Baldwin, and three sisters: Mildred, Juna and an infant baby sister Baldwin.

 

Stephen is survived by Mikayla Preston and Patrick Preston, whom he raised, three brothers: Clifford (Alberta) Baldwin of South Webster, OH, Larry (Deondra) Baldwin of Franklin Furnace, OH, Kenneth Baldwin of Ironton, OH; two sisters: Nilda Burke of West Portsmouth, OH and Lenda (Dave) Carver of Portsmouth, OH; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

 

Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.
