James Dale Mustard

James Dale Mustard, 78, of Piketon, Ohio passed away Friday July 17, 2026 at his home. He was born March 20, 1948 in Jasper, Ohio to the late Glendale and Anna Lucille Dean Mustard. Surviving are his children, Jerry Dale Mustard of Chillicothe, Ohio and Charity Rawlins of Alabama; grandchildren, Chasity Renee Brigner, Aaron Rawlins and Hazel Rawlins; sisters, Glendon Hopkins of Waverly and Joyce Smith of Virginia; his special friend, Erma Hill and her daughters, Anna Arthur (Roger Blankenship) of Jackson and Erica (Charlie) McMillan of Morgantown, Ohio; and a special great-granddaughter, Marlya Comelin. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Alexis Mustard.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly and a graveside service will take place at Mound Cemetery at a later date.
