Bobby Eugene Graff
Bobby Eugene Graff, 74, of Lucasville, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 28, 2026. He passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his wife and children.
He was born November 24, 1951 in Ironton, a son of the late Ralph E. Graff and Elsie Brown Royal. Bobby was a 1970 Portsmouth High School graduate. He then spent three years in the US Army, and went on to serve in the Vietnam War. Bobby worked for 40 years at the former Atomic Plant in Piketon as a welder and laborer. He was a union rep, serving two years as union president of Local 689 United Steel Workers, and was a member of James Dickey Post 23, American Legion. Bobby came to Christ on March 23, 1997 and was a member of Lucasville Center Street Church.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Glenna Emmons Graff, who he married on July 14, 2007 in McDermott; his daughters, Michelle Lynn Trapp of Ripley and Bobbie-Jo Graff of Wheelersburg; his son, Eli (Katelin) Emmons of McDermott; seven grandchildren, Austin Maines, Megan Maines, Brayden Maines, Wesley Bobst, Layla Bobst, Landon Maynard, and Parker Emmons; one great-grandson, Jaxan Dennis; his brother Mike (Ethel) Graff of North Carolina; his sisters, Barb (Chet) Apel of Sciotodale and Debbie (Tom) Sutton of Sciotodale; and several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
He loved golfing, gardening, and spending time with his grandkids.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, April 3, 2026 at Lucasville Center Street Church, with Phil Howard officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Rushtown Cemetery at a later date. Friends may call from 11:00 am until the services on Friday at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of the McKinley Funeral Home.
