Charles Todd Blanton

Charles Todd Blanton, 60, of Portsmouth, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025 at SOMC emergency department.

He was born June 23, 1964 in Portsmouth, a son of Charlie Blanton of Lucasville and Linda Huston Blanton of Rosemount. Todd was a 1982 Clay High School and Scioto County JVS graduate and retired frozen foods manager for Big Bear and Village Market.

Todd was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clifford & Frances Huston and Alvin & Gladys Blanton.

In addition to his parents, Todd is survived by his former wife, Brenda Parsley Blanton of Rosemount; his son, Nicholas (Kelsey) Blanton of Wheelersburg; his aunt, Nancy Staker; his uncle, John Huston; and many cousins.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Services are under the direction of the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville.
