Gail LeeAnn Holsinger

Gail LeeAnn Holsinger, 53, of Lucasville, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2024 at home, surrounded by her family.

She was born March 8, 1971 in Scioto County, a daughter of the late John and Vedus Stepp Ellis. She was a die-hard Ohio State fan and loved the Buffalo Bills.

Gail is survived by her husband, Gary Dale Holsinger, who she married on June 2, 1993 in Lucasville; her daughter, Christy Davis of Lucasville; her sons, Chris (Tanya) Davis of Marion, Gary (Mariah Brannan) Holsinger of Lucasville, Carl (Faith Green) Holsinger of Lucasville, and Joshua (Kendra Shaw, deceased) Holsinger of Lucasville; her grandchildren, Dakota, Ally, Chris Jr., Nevaeh, Joseph, Braden, Heavenly, K-Lynn, Wynter, Zander, Riley, Connor, Carl Jr., Cindy, Carson, Carolina, Kaylie, Xaiden, and Airyanna; two great-grandchildren Aiden and Mercury; her brother, David; her sisters, Lisa, Wanda, Tracy, Heavy, Gertie, Kim, and Tammy; a special friend-sister, Mary (David) Meachem; and a special brother-in-law, Jeffrey Smith.

The family would like to thank Amber Martin from palliative care and SOMC Hospice for their loving care.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024 at 11:00 am at the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville with Jason Corielle officiating. Burial will follow in the Holsinger Family Cemetery in Wakefield. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 24, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and an hour before the funeral services.
