Franklin Furnace, Ohio, was indicted on:

Having Weapons While Under Disability

Improperly Discharging a Firearm at or into a Habitation or a School Safety Zone

Felonious Assault (2Counts)

 

Richard Montoya, 47

West Portsmouth, Ohio, was indicted on:

Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound

Aggravated Possession of Drugs

 

Charles Odell, 54

West Portsmouth, Ohio, was indicted on:

Assault

Daniel Ruggles, 49

Wheelersburg, Ohio, was indicted on:

South Webster, Ohio, was indicted on:
