Charles L. Richards JR.

Charles L. Richards JR., 67 of Portsmouth, OH., passed away Monday, August 14, 2023 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, OH. He was born in Portsmouth, OH., February 25, 1956 a son of the late Charles L Richards SR., and Martha J. Cooper Richards.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by one son, Keith Richards and one brother, John Richards.

Surviving are three sons, Charles F. Richards, Elvis Richards and John Richards; four daughters, Bridget Ohm, Jenny Royalty, Bobbie Richards and Clarissa Dickess; two sisters, Cindy (Armin) Tomm and Edith (Michael) Foit. Along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.

At Charles request there will be a private memorial service held by the family.
