Robert Lee Daniel

Robert Lee Daniel, of South Vienna, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2023 at the Ohio State University Medical Center.

He was born February 16, 1955 in Portsmouth, a son of the late General Noah and Goldie Rapp Daniel.

Bob retired from Mainline of North America Sales and Service in London, OH, was a 1973 Valley High School graduate and was of the Baptist Faith.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, Mark Daniel; and one sister, Alice Gray.

Bob is survived by his wife, Roberta Gray Daniel, whom he married September 2, 1994 in Covington, KY; one daughter, Melissa Daniel of South Vienna; two sons, Noah Daniel and Lucas (Ayla) Daniel both of South Vienna; three grandchildren, Katlyn Torres, Andrea Guevara, and Jonathan Guevara; two brothers, Paul Daniel of Grove City and Dick Daniel of McDermott; and three sisters, Sylvia Sloas of Lucasville, Darlene Gahm of Lucasville, and Janice King of Ormond Beach, FL; and his very special friend, Jason Hicks.

Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
