Indictments

Shane A. Tieman, Scioto County Prosecutor announced today that the September term of the Scioto County Grand Jury met on December 28 and returned 5 Public Indictments.   The Defendants Indicted are charged as follows:

 

• Jehwaun Booker, 29 of Dayton, Ohio, was indicted on: possessing criminal tools; aggravated trafficking in drugs (4 counts); trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound; aggravated possession of drugs (4 counts); possession of a fentanyl-related compound
• George Meade, II of Lucasville, was indicted on: possessing criminal tools; aggravated trafficking in drugs (4 counts); trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound; aggravated possession of drugs (4 counts); possession of a fentanyl-related compound
• Jasmyne Anderson, 26 of Dayton, Ohio, was indicted on: possessing criminal tools; aggravated trafficking in drugs (4 counts); trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound; aggravated possession of drugs (4 counts); possession of a fentanyl-related compound
• Elissa Williams, 22 of Portsmouth, was indicted on: possessing criminal tools; aggravated trafficking in drugs (4 counts); trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound; aggravated possession of drugs (4 counts); possession of a fentanyl-related compound
• Shaquille Thomas, 28 of Dayton, Ohio, was indicted on: possessing criminal tools; aggravated trafficking in drugs (4 counts); trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound; aggravated possession of drugs (4 counts); possession of a fentanyl-related compound
