Indictments
Shane A. Tieman, Scioto County Prosecutor announced today that the September term of the Scioto County Grand Jury met on December 16 and returned 25 Public Indictments. The Defendants Indicted are charged as follows:
- William Eric Scott, II, 18 of Portsmouth – rape (2 counts)
- Arthur Jones, 23 of Detroit, Michigan – possessing criminal tools; trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound; aggravated possession of drugs; possession of a fentanyl-related compound
- Chanautica Leshay Jernigan, 23 of Detroit, Michigan – possessing criminal tools; trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound; aggravated possession of drugs; possession of a fentanyl-related compound
- Dameon Green, 30 of Cincinnati, Ohio – possessing criminal tools; aggravated trafficking in drugs; trafficking in cocaine; trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound; aggravated possession of drugs; possession of a fentanyl-related compound; possession of cocaine
- Shakira Walker, 32 of Cincinnati, Ohio – having weapons while under disability; possessing criminal tools; aggravated trafficking in drugs; trafficking in cocaine; trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound; aggravated possession of drugs; possession of a fentanyl-related compound; possession of cocaine
