Charles Edward “Chuck” Rumer

Charles Edward “Chuck” Rumer, 63, of Lucasville, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2022 at his residence.

He was born October 17, 1959, in Dayton, Ohio, a son of Betty Rumer (Les) Massingale of Dayton who survives.

Chuck was a self-employed carpenter.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Timothy Rumer.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Terri Boomershine Rumer whom he married November 19, 1977 in West Milton, OH; one son, Chad (Becky) Rumer of Lucasville; and one daughter Melissa Rumer of Washington Court House; three grandchildren, Chad Rumer Jr., Charles and Angel Rumer; and one greatgrandchild, Oaklynn Rumer.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at the Miller’s Run Church with Bob Alexander and Rob Casey officiating. Friends may call from 11:30 till the funeral hour at the church Wednesday. Arrangements are under the direction of the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville.
