Aileen Felty
Aileen Felty passed away December 17th, 2022 at Rock Hill Grove Senior Living.
She was born on November 25th, 1925 in Clarktown, Ohio, a daughter of the late Frank Clark and Ethel Giles Craig Clark.
A 1943 graduate of Valley High School, Aileen worked at Wright Patterson AFB during WWII before returning to Portsmouth. She worked at the local savings and loan and Security Central Bank. She enjoyed flower gardening, following the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, going to the Life Center, and spending time with her family. No pot of her homemade chicken and noodles was ever large enough.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sue Ann Burks Lindamood; her sisters Marguerite Miller, Grace Harness and Betty Conaway.
Aileen is survived by her daughter Julie (David) Saleeba; 4 grandchildren David Saleeba IV, Donnie Saleeba, Jamie Lindamood and Shawn Lindamood; 4 great-grandchildren Angel Lindamood, Skyler Rhoden, Bryson Rhoden and Hunter Lindamood.
