Stacie Renee Justice

Stacie Renee Justice, 27, of Portsmouth, passed away Friday, January 22, 2021 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born May 26, 1993 in Portsmouth, a daughter of Larry Wayne Justice II of Portsmouth and the late Buffie Ann Stepp Justice.

A 2012 Portsmouth High School graduate, she was a member of the marching band flag corps. She attended People’s Tabernacle when her health permitted. Stacie was also a gifted artist and enjoyed knitting baby blankets for her friends.

Surviving is her father, Larry Justice; two brothers, Stephen (Hillary) Justice of Georgetown, KY and Joseph (Stephanie) Justice of Cincinnati; a sister, Sarah (Amy) Buckler King of Columbus; grandparents, Larry & Dorothy Justice of Portsmouth, Alice (Paul) Humbarger of South Shore, KY; great-grandparents, Helen Cyrus and Hazel Scott, both of Portsmouth; uncles and aunts, Josh (Karyn) Justice and Johnnie (Crystal) Buckler, both of Portsmouth, Elsie Kirkpatrick and Nancy & Larry Davis, all of Johnstown, PA; a great uncle, Jim (Claud Naganime) Scott; of Los Altos, CA; and two cousins, Johnnie (Hannah) Buckler, Jr. and Corey Buckler.

In addition to her mother, Stacie was also preceded in death by her grandfather, John Buckler; and great-grandfathers, Eugene Scott and Leroy Cyrus.

A Memorial Service with Facebook Live Stream will be held Thursday at noon at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth with Pastor John Mullins officiating.  Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park. To join the Live Stream, please access the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home Facebook page.
