Indictments

Shane A. Tieman, Scioto County Prosecutor announced today that the May term of the Scioto County Grand Jury met on September 18 and returned 25 Public Indictments.   The Defendants Indicted are charged as follows:

• Noah E. Riggs, 38 of Minford – felonious assault; aggravated burglary
• Amitha Nicole Clay, 32 of Lucasville – theft of drugs
• Kelley Rania Alley, 44 of Lucasville – illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility
• Kay Harlow, 45 of West Portsmouth – endangering children
• Kevin A. Davis, 51 of River, Kentucky – possession of a fentanyl-related compound; possession of cocaine; possession of heroin
• Camilya Rose Johnson, 28 of Columbus, Ohio – possession of a fentanyl-related compound; possession of cocaine; possession of heroin
• Davon Perish Mcclinton, 25 of Detroit, Michigan – receiving stolen property; three counts having weapons while under disability
• Riki Wayne Boldman, 39 of Lucasville – aggravated possession of drugs
• Steve A. Adams, 39 of Portsmouth – identity fraud; possession of heroin; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia
• Joseph Roy Davis, 25 of Friendship – failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer; OVI
• Solomon Eastlee Hall, 19 of New Boston – aggravated trafficking in drugs; aggravated possession of drugs
• Arnold L. Queen, II, 42 of South Webster – two counts aggravated vehicular homicide; driving under suspension or in violation of license restriction; OVI
• Clifford Paul Stiles, 50 of Wheelersburg – assault; retaliation; resisting arrest; OVI
• Joseph L. Hudson, 27 of Otway – two counts aggravated vehicular assault; driving under suspension or in violation of license restriction; OVI
• David J. Frazier, 38 of Ashland, Kentucky – possession of drugs
• Hunter Dean Goodwin, 19 of Columbus – felonious assault; aggravated robbery
• Ty Anthony Howard, 23 of Lucasville – felonious assault; aggravated robbery
• Courtney A. Miller, 36 of Wheelersburg – possession of a fentanyl-related compound; possession of drugs; possession of heroin
• Robin L. Day, 43 of West Portsmouth – having weapons while under disability; improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle; aggravated possession of drugs; possession of marihuana; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia
• Mark E. Hoover, Jr., 36 of Portsmouth – domestic violence
• Rocky Dean Newman, Jr., 20 of Portsmouth – possession of a fentanyl-related compound; possession of heroin; illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia
• Heather S. Crawford, 46 of Stout – possession of cocaine
• William E. Meade, 41 of Beaver – aggravated possession of drugs; possession of marihuana; possessing drug abuse instruments
