Shane A. Tieman, Scioto County Prosecutor announced today that the May term of the Scioto County Grand Jury met on September 11 and returned 28 Public Indictments.  There was 1 No Bill.  The Defendants Indicted are charged as follows:

 

  • Benny Ray Kilgore, Jr., 38 of Franklin Furnace – aggravated murder; murder
  • Benny Ray Kilgore, Jr., 38 of Franklin Furnace – receiving stolen property
  • Benjamin David Lunsford, 38 of West Portsmouth – failure to appear
  • Emery Franklin Williams, III, 52 of Unknown – failure to appear
  • Kristin Rooney, 31 of Portsmouth – two counts perjury
  • Kacey Demarr Banks, 27 of Detroit, Michigan – possessing criminal tools; trafficking in heroin; trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound; two counts aggravated possession of drugs; possession of a fentanyl-related compound; possession of heroin
  • Promise Dshani-Marie Hollings, 26 of Detroit, Michigan – possessing criminal tools; trafficking in heroin; trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound; two counts aggravated possession of drugs; possession of a fentanyl-related compound; possession of heroin
  • Anthony Lamont Woods, 50 of Williamson, West Virginia – tampering with evidence; possessing criminal tools; trafficking in cocaine; possession of cocaine
  • Taliya Marie Edwards, 21 of Columbus, Ohio – possessing criminal tools; trafficking in cocaine; possession of cocaine
  • Meghan Raleight Wilson, 32 of Columbus, Ohio – tampering with evidence; possessing criminal tools; trafficking in cocaine; possession of cocaine
  • James Lewis Stubbs, 39 of Cleveland, Ohio – tampering with evidence; trafficking in heroin; possession of heroin
  • Alice Elaine Wadee, 30 of Euclid, Ohio – tampering with evidence; trafficking in heroin; possession of heroin
