Foster Mother testifies in Groves Murder Trial

Andrea Bowling, foster mother to Dylan Groves gave an emotional and riveting testimony on her time with the infant. Bowling also testified to the court that she recommended to Scioto County Children’s Services that Dylan not be reunified with his parents only eleven days after the loss of custody by Daniel and Jessica Groves.
