Lucille D. Gilcher

Lucille D. Gilcher, 89, of Lucasville, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2018 in Wheelersburg.
She was born December 9, 1928 in Chester, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Francis and Forrest McGraw Dudgeon.
Lucille was a homemaker and former employee of Harts Department Store. She was a member of the Lucasville Emmanuel United Methodist Church; Lucasville Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star, a volunteer for Southern Ohio Medical Center making flowers for the gift shop. Lucille was a 1948 Dennison Ohio High School graduate.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Dale Gilcher, September 5, 2018; a daughter, Paula Jo Gilcher; one brother, Harold Dudgeon; and four sisters, Ruby McCombs, Helen Voshall, Ruth Hughes, and Marian Dudgeon.
Lucille is survived by her daughter, JoDee (David) Seibert of Wheelersburg; her son, Richard Dale (Barbara) Gilcher II of Wheelersburg; five grandchildren, Michelle (Robbie) Ramey, Melissa (Daren) Blevins, Wes (Crystal) Seibert, Amanda (Nick) Petitto, Shana (Brian) Stephenson; 12 great grandchildren, Braden, Colin, Makahla, Kendyll, Ayden, Cohen, Emma, Nolan, Addison, Casen, Graham, and Lucas; and two brothers, Bill Dudgeon of Uhrichsville, Ohio and Jack Dudgeon of Dennison, Ohio.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1:15 p.m., Friday, October 26, 2018 at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Lucasville with Michael Musser officiating.  Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Church. Arrangements are under the direction of the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville.
