Shawnee State to close Bond Street and 4th Street for new student move-in

 

PORTSMOUTH, Ohio – As part of new student move-in, Shawnee State University will be closing down parts of Bond Street and 4th Street in Portsmouth from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, August 24. 

 

Closures will be Bond Street from 3rd to 4th Street, and 4th Street from Bond to Waller.
