Franklin Furnace woman arrested in Greenup County on drug charges

In the early morning hours of March 18, 2018 Officer Craft with Greenup Police Department made a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle in the 600 block of Perry St., in the city of Greenup. During the said stop, the front seat female passenger later identified as Rolina mason, 28 of Franklin Furnace, Ohio, was found to have an active arrest warrant, unrelated to this stop. Along with the active warrant charge, Mason was also charged and found to be in possession of Crystalized substance believed to be methamphetamines, a brown substance believed to be Heroin, and multiple hypodermic needles, during the stop. Mason was arrested and lodged in the Greenup County Detention Center. Assisting agencies include the Raceland-Worthington Police Departments, and the Greenup County Sheriff Office.
