Bryan Davis Sentenced to 41 months

Former Scioto County commissioner Bryan Davis was sentenced earlier today to serve 30 months in prison for his crimes committed while in public office. Davis was sentenced to a total of 41 months with 30 of that serving concurrently. That in essence, means Davis will serve 30 months and it’s important to note that Judge Dean Evans did not issue any early judicial release. Davis was also ordered to make restitution in the amount of $67,000 for money that he profit from taxpayers.
