Adam W. Zornes

Adam W. Zornes 26 of South Shore died Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at his home. He was born March 1, 2000 in Maysville to the late Paul David Zornes and Iva Brown who survives.

Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his stepfather David Lee Jividen, his grandmother Joan Evans, and brothers; Wayne and Billy Zornes

Adam was an outdoorsman. He loved hiking, fishing, mushroom hunting and loved his garden. His tomatoes, peppers and squash were his favorite. He also loved cooking but he hated doing the dishes. He liked gaming as well. He had his favorite animals, his lizard and his cat.

Along with his mother Iva, he is survived by a brother Mikel Brown, stepbrothers; JP Zornes and Grady Jividen, stepsister Candie Zornes, his best friend Cain Niles along with several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be 5:00 PM Sunday, August 23, 2026 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday starting at 3:00 PM.
