Robin C. Whitman Frasure

Robin C. Whitman Frasure, 60, of Portsmouth, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2026. She was born February 25, 1966, in Columbus, to the late James Whitman and Janet Mays, who survives. Along with her father, she was preceded in death by a stepfather, Lee Mays.

Robin was a 1984 graduate of Portsmouth West High School. She worked at Glockner from 2005 until her retirement in 2021. She enjoyed golfing, traveling, and spending time at the beach. She will be remembered for her positive and carefree attitude.

Along with her mother, Robin is survived by her two sons, Nicholas (Kayleigh) Frasure and Jordan (Alysa) Frasure; a grandson, Arlington Frasure; her brothers and sisters, Rusty (Susan) Whitman, Perry (Lea) Whitman, Tonya (Preston) Messer, Brenda (Dave) Jones, and Sharon (Daryl) Brickey; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and everyone who was lucky enough to know her.

Friends may gather at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026.
