Willis Pitts,

Willis Pitts, 83, of Minford, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2026 at his residence. He was born on May 12, 1943, in Woodstock, Ohio, a son of the late William and Gladys (Culp) Pitts. Willis devoted many years to his role as a diesel mechanic at the ODOT Garage, where his expertise and tireless work ethic earned him the respect of his colleagues and the community. His hands, skilled in their craft, were a testament to a life built on hard work and dedication. He attended Madison Missionary Baptist Church.

Willis is survived by his loving family, two sons, Shaun Pitts, Willis Kevin Pitts; one daughter, Theresa (Keith) Parker; three cherished grandchildren: Chris Parker, Stephanie Parker, Erica Pitts, and four great-grandchildren, Aislyn Adkins, Jensen Adkins, Miles Neff, and Arianna Neff.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Edith Jean (Lewis) Pitts, whose memory remained a treasured part of his life, and their daughter Jeana Pitts.
