Robert Anthony Dillard

Robert Anthony Dillard, 48, of Bainbridge, Ohio passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025 at his home after a battle with cancer.  He was born June 15, 1976 in Hillsboro, Ohio to John (Jennifer) Dillard of Bainbridge and Phyllis Jean (Kyle) Coleman of Lancaster, Ohio.  Also surviving are his former wife, Samantha Duty and son, Adrian James Dillard; siblings, Michael Paul Dillard of Waverly, Jennifer Lynn (Sam) Pennington of South Portsmouth, Kentucky, Oliver William Dillard of Ironton and Derrick Coleman of Lancaster; nephews and nieces, Alex (Logan) Matney, Billy Pennington, Mikayla, Melinda and Haley; and special friends, Jason Vulgamore, Tracy Massie and Brandy Carver.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents and many close family members.

Rob was an avid photographer.  He loved all kinds of music and was a guitar player himself.  He was a devoted father and loved being out in nature.  He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be at 4:00 p.m. Monday, March 17, 2025 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Waverly.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
