Violet “Ruth” McCleese

Violet “Ruth” McCleese, 78, of Lucasville, went to be with the Lord on December 10th at Hillview Retirement Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Ruth loved to travel with her family and friends and was an avid gardener of flowers and vegetables.

Ruth is survived by three brothers: Charles (Nancy) Campbell, David Campbell, and William “Lou” Campbell. Although Ruth had no children of her own, she shared a special bond with her nieces/nephews, great nieces/nephews, cousins, and her stepson Tony (Michelle) McCleese and stepdaughter Tammy (Dan) Reiser and many cherished friends.
