Gayle Elaine Hazelton Hemminger 89, of Portsmouth, passed away Monday, October 16, 2023, at SOMC Hospice Center in Portsmouth.  She was born January 8, 1934, in Elyria, Ohio to the late Charles G. Hazelton and Mildred L. Bursley Hazelton.
