Julie A (Storey) Bowles

Julie A (Storey) Bowles, 75, of Portsmouth passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023. She was born June 18, 1948 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Willard Clyde and Roberta Ruth Sagar Storey. She was a graduate of Portsmouth High School and Ohio University. She was an avid reader who loved music, singing, history, and genealogy.

 

She is survived by one brother, John Storey, two sisters, Phyllis VanQuill and Kimberly Storey, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Bowles, four brothers, Patrick Storey, Timothy Storey, Willard Storey, and Robert Storey, and two sisters, Nancy Adkins and Rebecca Paul.

 

Friends may call on Monday, September 25, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at FC Daehler Mortuary, 915 Ninth Street, Portsmouth, OH 45662.

Graveside service and burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery.
