Erma Jean McGraw

Erma Jean McGraw, 93 of Minford passed away Monday, August 14, 2023 at her residence. She was born September 17, 1929 in Scioto County, a daughter of the late Samuel L. and Hettie Flowers Cutlip, she was retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base where she was a secretary and was of the Christian faith. Jean was a member of Lucasville Eastern Star #495, former James Irwin Post Ladies Auxiliary, former member of Minford Board of Education, member of Democrat Central Committee, and was a Rainbow and Girl Scout Advisor.

She is survived by one son, Paul E. McGraw, Jr.; one daughter, Kimberly Houk (Terry Houk); grandsons, Joseph Floyd, Jonathon Gray, and Vincent Houk; granddaughter, Kelsey Houk; great grandson, Jaxson, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Eugene McGraw, Sr. on February 7, 1994; three sisters, Helen, Evelyn, Lena, and one brother, Jennings.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Tom Williams officiating. Burial will be at Lucasville Cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
