Jasper Stapleton, Jr
Jasper Stapleton, Jr. (Junior), 88 of Bellville, Ohio accepted his heavenly reward on November 3rd, 2022.
Junior was born to Jasper and Stella Marie (Porter) Stapleton in Dobbins, Kentucky; November 10th, 1933.
He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War, loved deer hunting, gardening and The Lord with all his heart. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great grandfather.
He was the last living survivor of his family, being preceded in death by his mother and his father, his daughter Mary Marlene Dean-Rose; and daughter-in-law Lorrie Ann (Lewis) Stapleton, six brothers and five sisters; Freda, Earl, Arlie, Vernon, Frankie, Luther, Harold, Beulah, Lonnie (Forrest), Beatrice and Pauline.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 66 years Gladys “Lucille” (Brown) Stapleton, his children; Alice Ann Carter, Junior Dale Stapleton, Terri Sue Stapleton, Clarence Earl (Jodi) Stapleton and Harold Delane Stapleton; 15 Grandchildren, 20 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Granddaughter; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at The Roberson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Collier Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., Tuesday at the funeral home.
