Stacy Glen Silcott

Stacy Glen Silcott, 51, of Lucasville, passed away Friday, October 14, 2022, at his residence.

He was born January 11, 1971, at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC to his parents Gerald Ray Silcott Jr. of Lucasville and Carol Kay Tackett Silcott Chapman of Hillsboro.

Stacy was a hard worker. He loved fishing, all kinds of music, and was born with the gift to tell a great story and had an infectious laugh. He was liked by everyone who knew him and always had lots of friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James (Emily) Tackett, Gerald Ray Silcott Sr., and Richard (Geneva) Nelson.

Stacy leaves behind his parents; his loving wife of 17 years, Frances Magnatta Silcott, whom he married May 25, 2005; two daughters, Sasha (Joel) Williams of Portsmouth and Miranda Silcott of Lucasville; five grandchildren; two brothers, William (Emily) Cox of Lucasville, Gary (Serena) Silcott of Lucasville; one sister, Shannon (William McClary) Woodard of Otway; he was loved greatly by his four nieces and four nephews, he was especially close to Chloe Jordan, Zach McClary, Josh Warren, and Sierra Woodard all Lucasville.

Graveside services will be held 3:30 Friday, October 21, 2022, in Rockwell Cemetery with Carl Sheets officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville.
