Kathy Lynn Schiltz

Kathy Lynn Schiltz, 61 of Portsmouth, died Sunday August 14, 2022 at Southern Ohio Medical. She was born August 9, 1961 in Portsmouth to the late Dave and Betty Waddell Leadingham.

Kathy was a former Unit Clerk at Southern Ohio Medical Center.

Kathy is survived by her son, Justin Schiltz, a brother, Mark Leadingham, a sister, Carolyn (Rick) Porter, 2 grandchildren: Landon and Hannah Schiltz and a niece and nephew Sarah and Ryan Grooms.
