Betty Jean Campbell Kline

Betty Jean Campbell Kline, 86 of West Portsmouth, died Monday July 25, 2022, at Bridgeport Health Care Center. She was born November 9, 1935, in Scioto County to the late Chris W. and Bernice M. Mitchell Wedebrook.

Along with her parents Betty was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter Norman Campbell Sr., second husband Larry Clark and her third husband David Kline; 4 sisters, Kathryn Marasek, Julia Jewett, Polly Foster, and Margaret Bazler; a brother, John Paul Wedebrook and a stepson, Michael Johnson.

Betty was a retired nurse where she worked for Dr. George Pettit. She was a member of Dry Run Church of Christ and Order of the Eastern Star #495 of Lucasville.

Betty is survived by a son Walter Norman (Becky) Campbell Jr, a daughter Brenda (Keith) Gregor; stepchildren, Denise Ware, Jeffrey Kline, Larry (Sandy) Clark, Marie Clark, Laura Carmon, and Kimberly Johnson; a sister, Sheri Finn, 16 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday July 29, 2022 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Pastor Mark Seevers officiating and interment in Garvin Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8:00 PM on Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday.
