Jessica Darlene Hicks

Jessica Darlene Hicks, 39 of Wheelersburg, formerly of West Portsmouth, died Sunday July 10, 2022. She was born March 6, 1983 in Portsmouth to Larry (Rita) Riepenhoff and Judy (Mike) Covert Coldiron.

Along with her parents Jess is survived by a son Devon Gabrille Hicks, a 2 brothers: Dustin Wise and Tommy Bell, half-brother, Larry David Riepenhoff II, sisters: Teri Scott and Kristy Wise, 2 nieces: Emmerie and Abigail and 3 nephews: Ethan, Gavin and Kayden.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday July 14, 2022 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Chaz Horsley officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday and one hour prior to the services in Thursday.
