Patricia Jane Cooper

Patricia Jane Cooper, 70, of Batavia, formerly of Wheelersburg, passed away Friday, June 24, 2022 at her home. Patricia was born October 1, 1951 a daughter of Ruby Royse Stark Booten and the late Charles Stark. Patricia was employed for 35 years as Bus Coordinator/Driver for Wheelersburg Local School District. She was a member of Wheelersburg United Methodist Church. In addition to her father, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Edward Cooper June 12, 2021 whom she married May 16, 1970 in Wheelersburg. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Chamberlin and a brother, George Stark. Patricia is survived by her mother, Ruby Booten; two sons, Stephen Eric (Gillian) Cooper and Jerrad (Victoria) Cooper; a daughter, Andrea (Carlos) Ortega; a brother, Charley Stark; a sister, Shannon Stark and seven grandchildren.

Services for Patricia will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Perry Prosch officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park.
