Kimberly Ann “Kim” Carrington

Kimberly Ann “Kim” Carrington, 63 years old, longtime Lucasville resident, passed away at home on June 20, 2022.

Kim was a 1977 graduate of Portsmouth West High School. She was an avid NRA Member and firearm enthusiast. She was passionate and had a natural eye for flowers and landscaping. She enjoyed spending time outdoors and in the sunshine. She truly loved her pets, especially her dogs Winnie and Lil Bit.


She is preceded in death by, her Mother, Nina Sparks, one Brother, Walter “Butch” Carrington, and Grandmother, Mabel Lucas, and two significant others, Richard Caudill, and John Howard.

She is survived by two daughters: Kristie (Jonathan Crist) Franklin of Portsmouth, Brandy (John) Malone of Portsmouth, two sisters: Pamela (John) Days of Lucasville, Loretta (Dave) Kruse of Novelty, two brothers: Ronald (Tatia) Carrington of Cleveland, Rick (Melinda) Carrington of Stout, and sister-in-law, Edna Carrington of Rootstown, three grandchildren: Ashley, Shaden and Brandon “Jay” Malone all of Portsmouth, many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.


Celebration of Life Gathering on Saturday, June 25th, 2022, at 11:00 AM, at The Grace Community Church at Bigelow, 415 Washington Street, Portsmouth, OH 45662.
