Michael Scott Bowman

Michael Scott Bowman, 46, of Otway, passed away Monday, June 6, 2022.

He was born August 22, 1975, in Portsmouth, a son of Lora Jean Penix Bowman (Gary Breech) of Otway and the late Charles Bowman.

Michael was a construction worker and a 1992 Valley High School graduate.

He is survived by his wife, Amanda Adams Bowman, whom he married January 4, 2012 in Lucasville; his children, Brian Dwayne Dummitt of South Shore, KY, Michael Shawn Bowman, and Elizabeth Hope Bowman both at home; 2 grandchildren, Braden and Jersey; one brother, Anthony Paul McGown of West Union; and three sisters, Regina Bowman of Piketon, Amber Breech of Columbus, and Charity Breech Arnett of Lucasville.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:15 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2022, in Lucasville Cemetery with Bob Alexander officiating. Friends may call noon till 1:30 p.m. Friday at the McKinley Funeral Home in Lucasville.
