Willie Roy Arthur-Stiltner, III

Willie Roy Arthur-Stiltner, III, 44, of Sciotoville, died Sunday, April 24, 2022.  He was born December 15, 1977 in Portsmouth, the son of Willie Ray Stiltner, II and the late Betty Helen (Arthur) Stiltner.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Brian Arthur, and a nephew, Steven Arthur.

Willie was a beautiful and kind soul, he worked as a cable technician and loved his family dearly.

He is survived by his father, Willie Stiltner (Connie), of Ocala, FL, three brothers; Jon Arthur (Lori), of Wheelersburg, Steve Arthur, of Portsmouth, Eric Stiltner (Cirrus), of Sciotoville, along with a host of nieces and nephews; Kristen Nicole Cook, Derek Arthur, Freedom Scott, Eric Mullins, Natalie Arthur, Sky Bentley,  Eric Michael Stiltner, Taelyn Lyric Stiltner, Cire Reign Stiltner, Drifton Eagle Shane Stiltner, Remedy Hetty Rose, and several great-nieces and nephews including Huddy and Zane Ray.

 

Funeral Services will be 6:00 PM, Friday, April 29, 2022, at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth with Shawn Spencer officiating.  A visitation for family and friends will be from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on Friday prior to the funeral.
