Steven Howard Cottle

Steven Howard Cottle, 80 of Portsmouth passed away Saturday, March 19, 2022 at SOMC Hospice. He was born July 22, 1941 in Scioto County, a son of the late Howard “Red” and Helen Edith Moritz Cottle, he was a former employee of Empire Detroit Steel and USEC retiring in 2001. He was a farmer and a US Army Reserve veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy Lang Cottle; two children, Jason Cottle, Kristy (Chris) Fowler; two grandsons, Keagan Fowler, Connor Fowler; one brother, Ronald E. (Beverly) Cottle, and one sister, Mary (Tim) Harold.

Friends may call at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2022. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
