Kyle Richard Mosteller

Kyle Richard Mosteller, age 54, of Latham, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on March 11, 2022.

He was born on January, 24 1968 to Richard and Ruth Mosteller.  Kyle was a graduate of Western High School and would later earn a Bachelor of Specialized Studies from Ohio University.  He was employed at Kenworth in Chillicothe, Ohio and attended Smith Chapel Church where he faithfully assisted with the audio visual program.

He is predeceased by maternal grandparents Windle and Marie Roosa and paternal grandparents Ernest Mosteller and Opal Mosteller Cutlip.

He is survived by spouse Lori Mosteller and his children Kylie Mosteller of Bluffton, South Carolina, Kelsey Mosteller of Dayton, Ohio and Makennah Mosteller of Hillsboro, Ohio.  He is also survived by his sister Lori (Matt) Morrison of Waverly, Ohio, nephew Penn Morrison and niece Claire Morrison of Waverly, Ohio.

Those who loved Kyle will remember him as a hardworking person with a passion for his children.  His girls were his world.  He loved to work on cars and especially enjoyed hot rods.  Family and friends who knew him best appreciated his dry sense of humor and quick wit which we will all enjoy again when we are all truly “home”.

Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM on Wednesday March 16, 2022 at Botkin Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 7:00 PM with Pastor David Marhoover officiating.

Burial will take place at 11:00 AM on March 17, 2022 at the Mound Cemetery in Piketon, Ohio.
