Jimmy Farion Wallace

Jimmy Farion Wallace, 68, passed away February 23, 2022 in Portsmouth, Ohio.  He was born March 22, 1953 in Morehead, Kentucky to the late Auttie Vencil Wallace and Roxie Pearl Hicks Wallace.

“Buddy” to some and “Shorty” to others, was retired from Marion Power Shovel in Ohio. Besides his parents, he was proceeded in death by his wife, Dorri Joy Millender Wallace; brother, Winifred Darrell Wallace; sisters Eleanor Joan Proctor and Leona Faye Wallace Jones.

He is survived by daughter Becky Meade; stepchildren Klaireesta Jackson and Kenneth Jackson; special granddaughter Kalynn Meade; brothers Charles “Toby” Wallace and Linvil “Butch” Wallace; sisters Dorothy Jones and Brenda Hardin; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
