Frances J. McCaslin

Frances J. McCaslin, 75, of Portsmouth, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. Frances was born February 18, 1946 to the late Ed Hall and Hattie Vicars Twinam. She was self-employed in home care. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by a son, David Randall Grashel and a brother, Thomas Vicars. She is survived by four daughters, Anita Derifield (Ray), Patricia Scaff (Donald), Kelly Thurman (Tim) and Shirley McCaslin; a sister, Clair Davis; daughter-in-law, Angie Grashel; nephew, Cory Davis; good friends, Rosie Watts and Dennis Stevens and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
